She made waves in 2005 by clinching two gold medals at her European Championships debut.

One poignant moment in the interview came when Zara discussed her beloved horse, High Kingdom, with whom she won her Olympic medal.

She expressed deep gratitude for the opportunity to compete, particularly for the horse's late owner, Trevor Hemmings.

“We were able to get him to the Olympics, which is unbelievable,” she shared, her voice tinged with emotion.

Zara reminisced about Hemmings, who passed away in 2022, recalling his significant contributions to her career.

“He's won a lot of great things in his racing career, grand national championships and things like that,” she said, reflecting on the legacy he left behind.

“But seeing his face at the Olympics and getting a team medal was amazing,” she said.
