This afternoon marked the departure of the late monarch from Buckingham Palace for the last time.
The King and the Royal Family walked behind her coffin in procession to the lying-in-state at Westminster Hall.
Prince William and Prince Harry were among those who participated in the procession this afternoon.
The Queen's coffin will remain at Westminster Hall until Monday, with thousands of Brits lining the route in the heart of the capital.
While Her Majesty's family marched behind her coffin as it was carried to Westminster Hall, Kate chose not to join the procession.
She left for Westminster Palace by car, accompanied by another vehicle carrying the Duchess of Sussex and the Countess of Wessex.
King Charles III walked alongside his siblings – Princess Anne, Prince Andrew, and Prince Edward.
Following the King were the Queen's grandsons – Peter Phillips, Prince Harry, and Prince William.
They were trailed by the late monarch's son-in-law Vice-Admiral Sir Tim Lawrence, the Duke of Gloucester, the Queen's cousin, and her nephew, the Earl of Snowdon.
At the service, William and Harry stood together with their wives, Kate and Meghan Markle, setting aside their feud to honor their grandmother.
The Sussexes positioned themselves at the back of the royal group, with Harry and Meghan standing behind Kate and William.
This marked the first time the couples were seen together since their unexpected appearance at Windsor Castle on Saturday.
The Archbishop of Canterbury then led the opening prayer, with the King guiding the royals in recitation.
