Sussex’s Royal Shake-Up: William Confirms New Titles Post-Queen’s Demise

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have taken a significant step following the Queen's passing by updating their social media profiles to reflect their new titles.

Alongside their existing Cambridge titles, they have now incorporated Cornwall, previously held by Prince Charles and Camilla.

Their updated bio now proudly states, “The official account of the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall and Cambridge and the Royal Foundation, based at Kensington Palace.”

Despite the changes, their handle remains the same as at Kensington Royal.

As the nation mourns the loss of the Queen, attention turns to the future, with expectations high that King Charles will soon confer the title of Prince of Wales upon his eldest son, William.

Today, William, accompanied by Prince Andrew, Prince Edward, and Sophie Wessex, made his way to Balmoral to be with the Queen in her final moments.

Meanwhile, Kate remained at home to collect their children, George, Charlotte, and Louis, from school, marking their first day back.

Buckingham Palace officially confirmed the Queen's passing at 6:30 pm, stating, “The Queen passed away peacefully at Balmoral this afternoon.”

The announcement also revealed the Queen's desire for Camilla to assume the role of Queen Consort, emphasizing that the King and Queen Consort would stay at Balmoral overnight before returning to London the following day.

Additionally, it was disclosed that Charles would ascend to the throne as King Charles III.
