Royal Siblings Prince George and Princess Charlotte Set to Start New School in Windsor
Prince George and Princess Charlotte are gearing up for a new chapter as they prepare to join a new school in Windsor this September, marking a significant relocation for the entire Cambridge family from London.
The young royals will bid farewell to their school friends, teachers, and favorite local eateries, including the popular Battersea Square located next to Thomas's School in Battersea.
Battersea Square has been a go-to spot for the Cambridge family, offering a variety of delectable food and drink options.
Among the cherished establishments frequented by the royals is Gale's Bakery, where the staff fondly recalled their encounters with the Cambridges in a recent interview.
Dominika Lipiec, a customer assistant at Gale's Bakery, shared anecdotes of seeing Kate and the children at the bakery, with one memorable instance involving Kate ordering the chocolate brownie finger, a popular choice among parents during after-school pick-up.
Gale's Bakery, which originated in London's Hampstead High Street in 2005, has since expanded to encompass 79 bakeries across neighborhoods in London, Oxford, and Brighton.
Despite receiving mixed reviews on platforms like TripAdvisor, the bakery continues to attract customers with its fresh, handmade bread, pastries, and cakes.
Prince George initially enrolled at the exclusive London school in 2017, followed by Princess Charlotte in 2019, while Prince Louis concluded his time at Wilcox Nursery School in Kensington.
With the family's upcoming move to Adelaide Cottage, a four-bedroom residence, the royal siblings will transition to Lamerick School in Berkshire, where Prince William will accompany them each morning.
In a statement from Kensington Palace, it was expressed that the Royal Highnesses are grateful to Thomas's Battersea for providing a positive educational experience for George and Charlotte, and are pleased to have found a school for all three children that aligns with the ethos and values upheld by their current school.
The impending shift to Lamerick School signifies a new beginning for the young royals as they embark on their academic journey in a different setting.
While the move entails bidding adieu to familiar surroundings and routines, it also presents an opportunity for the siblings to forge new friendships and create lasting memories in their new educational environment.
As the Cambridge family prepares for this significant transition, the focus remains on ensuring a smooth adjustment for Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis as they embrace the opportunities and challenges that come with starting afresh at a new school.
The support and guidance provided by their parents, Prince William and Kate, will undoubtedly play a crucial role in facilitating a seamless transition for the royal siblings.
