Additionally, the London Ambulance Service has introduced well-being tea trucks, providing a comforting touch for those on the front lines.

The royal couple took a moment to connect with the family of paramedic Jay Khan via video call.

Living in Bangladesh, her family hasn't been able to see her for over a year due to travel restrictions caused by the pandemic.

During the heartfelt conversation, Kate expressed her hopes for a reunion, emphasizing the emotional toll of separation during these unprecedented times.

Dressed appropriately for the occasion, both royals wore face coverings in adherence to health guidelines.
