**Royal Protocol: Princess Kate’s Secret Revealed**

Princess Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, had to abide by strict rules following the births of her children Prince George, , and .

The royal protocol required her to delay sharing the happy news with her parents and friends until informing the current monarch, II, first.

This tradition was followed after the births of all three royal children.

In 2013, when Prince George was born at St Mary's Hospital, Kate and were obligated to inform before anyone else.

Those present in the delivery room were sworn to secrecy, and made the significant call to his grandmother using a specially encrypted phone.

The Queen's approval was also necessary for the couple's choice of baby names, as per royal protocol.

Subsequently, and were born in 2015 and 2018, respectively, continuing the adherence to these stringent rules.

Throughout all three births, Princess Kate refrained from sharing the news with her close circle or disclosing the names of her newborns until the Queen had been informed.

Prince George, now ten years old, is affectionately referred to as PG or PG Tips, a nod to the popular tea brand.

Princess Charlotte has earned the nickname Warrior Princess among her classmates, while her father, Prince William, fondly calls her Minionette or Lottie, which means “Small and Delicate” in French.

Similarly, Prince Louis is lovingly called Lou Bug by Princess Kate and is reportedly known as Lulu by his siblings.
