He has been at the heart of our family for the past nine years and we will miss him so much.” This simple yet poignant statement encapsulates the deep bond they shared with their furry friend.

Lupo wasn't just any dog; he was a cherished part of the royal household since 2011.

Bred from a dog owned by Kate's parents, Michael and Carol Middleton, Lupo quickly became a fixture in their lives.

Lupo continued to steal the spotlight in 2016, when he was photographed with George on a picnic blanket.

In that heartwarming scene, young George leaned in to feed his furry companion, showcasing the special bond they shared.

And Lupo,” he stated, emphasizing the dog's integral role in their family dynamics.

Interestingly, Lupo is also believed to have played a part in the naming of Prince George.
