This comes just weeks after quietly resumed her public duties following her successful cancer treatment.

The couple has taken concrete steps toward launching their Royal Foundation charity in the United States, a move that signals their commitment to mental health initiatives.

Recently, they completed and submitted the necessary paperwork to the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

This is a crucial step in establishing their charity across the pond, which focuses primarily on mental health projects.

Interestingly, had initially filed for the U.S. trademark back in May of last year.

However, those plans were understandably placed on hold while Kate faced her cancer diagnosis.

According to a source from the Palace speaking to Tattler magazine, the reshuffling of their plans is more about “internal housekeeping” than any major overhaul.

Nonetheless, this development is being interpreted as a positive indicator of Kate's recovery journey.

It seems that both William and Kate are eager to reintegrate themselves into their charitable work.

Earlier this month, Kate shared a heartfelt message through a personal video released by the Palace.
