Royal Family Unites at Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge shared warm greetings with the Earl and Countess of Wessex and their children, Lady Louise Windsor and Viscount Severn, at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.
Princess Charlotte accompanied the couple, showing her support for the swimmers.
The Cambridges made their way to the Sandwell Aquatic Centre in Birmingham for the afternoon competitions.
Upon reaching their seats in the stands, they were joyfully reunited with the Earl and Countess of Wessex's family.
Catherine appeared delighted as she warmly greeted each member of the family with a double kiss on the cheek.
William also exchanged greetings with his aunt, uncle, and young cousins.
Lady Louise and her mother expressed happiness at seeing their cousin Catherine, and the group was captured beaming as they embraced.
The Queen's youngest granddaughter, Lady Louise, 18, looked impressive in a white shirt, floral skirt, and tan leather handbag during the encounter with the Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William.
In her interactions, the Duchess, aged 40, wore her brunette hair down in curls while exchanging greetings with James, Viscount Severn, 14, Sophie Wessex, 57, Lady Louise Windsor, and Prince Edward, 58.
Catherine exuded elegance in an Alexander McQueen white suit, a favorite ensemble she previously wore in Jamaica during her Caribbean tour with Prince William.
She had also sported the outfit for engagements marking Windrush Day in London.
Accompanied by her parents, Prince William and Catherine, Princess Charlotte, 7, looked charming in a black and white striped dress with a white collar from Rachel Riley, paired with white sandals.
Seated in front of the Wessex family with her father, she sported pigtails and appeared engaged in the events on the big screen.
Catherine engaged in conversation with an official at the event while William, Catherine, and Charlotte sat in front of the Wessexes to witness the men's 1,500 meters freestyle swimming race.
Following a busy day on Monday, the Wessex family returned to the Aquatic Centre for the competition on the second day of their consecutive attendance.
Lady Louise Windsor emulated her mother's style on the fourth day of the Games, wearing a £985 Peter Pilotto dress borrowed from Sophie Wessex.
The royal family's presence added a touch of regal grace to the Commonwealth Games, showcasing their support for the athletes and the spirit of sportsmanship.
