**Royal Family Reacts Strongly to Harry and Meghan’s Documentary**
GB News has recently reported that the palace refuted the disclaimer featured at the beginning of Harry and Meghan's documentary, stating that the royal family did not decline to comment on the series' content.
According to sources, neither any member of the royal family nor their official spokesperson were approached by Netflix.
New Idea has disclosed the royal family's response to the revelations made by Harry and Meghan in their documentary.
Royal expert Phil Dampier shared insights, mentioning, “The King is a very busy man, but I'm sure he wanted to watch and see what specific allegations the Sussexes made.”
Dampier speculated that the King might have viewed the documentary at the palace surrounded by his closest advisors, possibly feeling exasperated by the unfolding events.
Meanwhile, Prince William reportedly did not watch the documentary with his father or wife; instead, a source revealed that he viewed the first three episodes privately at Adelaide Cottage, staying in touch with Charles throughout.
As per the Mirror's royal editor Russell Myers, Prince William was deeply angered by the content of Harry and Meghan's Netflix docu-series.
The claims made in the documentary, especially regarding the couple's treatment and use of Princess Diana's controversial Panorama interview, greatly irked the Prince of Wales.
Myers suggested that the existing tensions between the parties have escalated, indicating that Harry and Meghan may not be welcomed at Sandringham anytime soon, considering their lucrative Netflix deal.
Russell Myers highlighted Prince William's dismay over the usage of footage from Princess Diana's 1995 Panorama interview in the documentary.
William, who had previously expressed his disapproval of airing the interview again, believed this was an issue on which he and his brother would agree.
A source emphasized, “He couldn't have been clearer, and this is one thing he would have thought he and Harry were aligned on, it shows the gulf between them couldn't be wider.”
Amidst the escalating tensions, Queen Consort Camilla reportedly knows how to navigate such situations and likely watched the documentary with other ladies of the household in a sitting room.
She is said to have a calming influence on Prince Charles during times of pressure.
On the other hand, Prince Edward and Sophie, known for their own media mishaps, watched the documentary with a sense of relief that they were not the focus this time, although they were still taken aback by the revelations.
Princess Anne, known for her candid opinions, has not hidden her weariness towards the Sussexes.
A close friend of Princess Anne hinted at her sentiments, suggesting that she finds Harry and Meghan quite tiresome.
Additionally, a source close to Catherine indicated that she avoids confrontations whenever possible, showcasing her preference for maintaining peace within the family dynamics.
