Royal Expert Claims Prince Harry’s Allegiance to Meghan Markle Weakens
A royal expert has raised concerns over Prince Harry's diminishing autonomy within his marriage to Meghan Markle.
Addressing the recent accolade bestowed upon the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, author Angela Levin expressed her disapproval during a segment on GB News' Dan Wooten Tonight.
The couple was honored with the Robert F. Kennedy RFK Human Rights Award for their advocacy against structural racism within the British monarchy.
Levin criticized the decision to commend the royal pair, citing a lack of substantiated claims supporting their allegations.
She conveyed her dismay, questioning Harry's acceptance of monetary rewards for disparaging his own family without concrete evidence.
“It actually makes me feel sick that actually Harry, who was close to his father until he got married, actually felt that he could accept money and an award for trying to prove that his family was racist.
There's zero proof,” Levin asserted.
The commentator further speculated on Harry's compliance with Meghan's directives, insinuating a power dynamic that potentially undermines his individual agency.
“He's obviously doing what he's told.
I mean, he's becoming weaker and weaker, and Meghan just gives him orders it seems, and he does it.
Because I don't think any man would actually want to do that to his family,” Levin remarked.
Levin's sentiments echo a broader sentiment of disapproval towards the Sussexes' recognition.
Piers Morgan, a prominent media personality, denounced the award as “outrageous and absolutely disgusting,” highlighting the couple's perceived exploitation of their royal status for personal gain.
“The idea that these two little grifters who quit royal duty, quit Britain, exploited and fleeced their royal titles for hundreds of millions of dollars straight in their back pocket, the Sky News host told US program Fox and Friends.
The idea that they're being lauded as some kind of heroes in America by your own sort of royal family, if you like, the Kennedys, it really sticks in my gullet,” Morgan expressed.
Carrie Kennedy, daughter of Robert F. Kennedy, offered a contrasting perspective on the award's significance.
She defended Harry and Meghan's actions, emphasizing their courage in confronting systemic issues within the institution of the British monarchy.
“Meghan and Harry went to the oldest institution in UK history and told them what they were doing wrong, that they couldn't have structural racism within the institution, that they could not maintain a misunderstanding about mental health,” Carrie Kennedy explained.
