Describing her sleeping quarters akin to the tale of “the princess and the pea,” Mr. Burrill highlighted the abundance of sheets, blankets, and covers that enveloped her, making it a challenge to locate her amidst the cold ambiance of October.

The late Queen's demise at Balmoral on September 8th last year will be commemorated by the royal family on the upcoming one-year anniversary.

While it marks a melancholic occasion for the King and the entire royal household, it presents an opportunity for them to gather and honor the memory of the late queen.

The Prince and Princess of Wales are anticipated to lead the tributes for the first anniversary.
