On February 13, during an investiture ceremony, Queen will officially become the Honorary Painter of the Worshipful Company of Fan Makers.

This prestigious event will also feature the presence of the Duchess of Gloucester, adding to the importance of the occasion.

Queen Camilla's connection to the art of fan-making runs deep.

Since becoming the patron of the Fan Museum in 2008, she has celebrated the history and craftsmanship of fans.

The museum, located in Greenwich, London, opened its doors in 1991 and is nestled within a stunning Grade II listed Georgian townhouse.

Last year, the Fan Museum hosted a themed exhibition titled “Coronation and Celebrations,” attracting visitors from around the globe to honor III's coronation.

This showcases not just Camilla's commitment to her new title but also her passion for preserving cultural heritage.

During the upcoming ceremony, Queen Camilla will engage with representatives from both the Fan Museum and the Fan Makers' Court.

A special fan, designed by Stuart Parvin MVO, will be presented to her.

This fan was commissioned in 2020 to commemorate the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on countless lives, highlighting the Queen's dedication to significant causes.

Recently, Queen Camilla made an appearance at a concert held at Salisbury Cathedral, celebrating the efforts of local charities, including the Wiltshire Bobby Van Trust.

Despite the challenging circumstances surrounding her husband's health, she radiated positivity in a chic cream outfit, showcasing her resilience.
