Boasting 15 galleries, a boat building workshop, and interactive exhibits, the museum has become a popular spot for both locals and tourists.

During their visit, Kate and William immersed themselves in Cornwall's maritime history, engaging with local artisans working on refurbishing a 14-foot sailing dinghy named Kiwi.

This vessel holds sentimental value for the royal family, having been gifted to the late II and by the Royal New Zealand Navy as a wedding present.

Prior to their museum tour, the royal couple interacted with well-wishers during a walkabout, including Melissa, a dedicated fan who braved the cold for over an hour to exchange a few words with Kate.

Dressed in a knee-length brown coat by Hobbs, complemented by a dark red dress and Jonvito Rossini high boots, Kate showcased her elegant yet practical style.

As part of their visit, Kate and William learned about the Young and Talented Cornwall Scheme, which offers financial assistance to aspiring youth from diverse backgrounds across the region.
