Embracing the delightful weather, William strolled over to On the Quay café, where the aroma of freshly baked pasties filled the air.

He couldn't resist indulging in the local delicacy, purchasing five of the traditional snacks.

With a smile, he inquired, “What's selling the fastest this morning?” Upon hearing that pasties were the top choice, he remarked, “They smell delicious.

It makes your mouth water.” His enthusiasm for the local fare was infectious.

In a charming moment, the prince shared that he had even taken a dip in the sea earlier that day.

When he interacted with tourists who had lined up to greet him, he lightheartedly expressed his family's disappointment at not being able to join him on this trip.

“My family is so upset I'm here without them,” he chuckled, adding, “The kids will kill me if I don't go home later.”

One woman playfully told him they had been waiting for him, to which he responded with a laugh, “I'm never sure.” This casual banter showcased his down-to-earth nature, making him more relatable to those who came to see him.
