In May, the royal couple officially launched the 85258 texting service, which has facilitated 145,000 exchanges with individuals in distress and shared 6 million texts since its inception.

The majority of those reaching out to Shout are under 25 years old, facing challenges such as suicidal thoughts, depression, relationships, stress, loneliness, and self-harm.

Alongside meeting the dedicated volunteers, the royal pair will participate in a special performance and engage in a photo session as part of the Shout Awareness initiative.
