Prince William and King Charles Suffer from Toxic Attacks as Sussexes Maintain Silence
A royal commentator has criticized Prince Harry and Meghan Markle for their silence following the release of Omid Scobie's controversial book, “Endgame.”
The absence of a response from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex has raised eyebrows in royal circles.
The book, which came out in November, made waves with its sensational revelations about the British royal family.
According to a royal expert, King Charles and Prince William would have undoubtedly felt hurt by the toxic content of Scobie's attacks in “Endgame.”
Despite their previous association with Scobie through his first book, “Finding Freedom,” Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have chosen to distance themselves from “Endgame.”
However, this decision has not gone unnoticed.
Michael Cole, a royal commentator, expressed disappointment at the couple's failure to clarify their lack of involvement with the book.
He emphasized that it would have been prudent for Prince Harry to explicitly disassociate himself and his wife from the damaging content of Scobie's narrative.
Cole highlighted the harmful nature of Scobie's attacks on the royal family, labeling them as poisonous and potentially divisive.
In an interview with GB News, he stressed the importance of Prince Harry publicly denouncing any connection to the book and disavowing its contents.
The commentator suggested that such a gesture would have been particularly comforting to King Charles and Prince William, who may have been deeply affected by the negative portrayals within “Endgame.”
“Endgame” paints a contentious picture of the royal family, depicting Prince William as impulsive and quick-tempered while hinting at underlying tensions between King Charles and his heir apparent.
Despite the provocative nature of the book's claims, members of the royal family have opted to maintain a dignified silence, adhering to a business-as-usual approach in the face of mounting scrutiny.
Meanwhile, another royal expert, Charles Ray, predicted a continued rift between Prince Harry and his family in the upcoming year.
Ray, a former royal correspondent for The Sun, dismissed any hopes of reconciliation, asserting that the Sussexes are currently isolated from the royal fold.
Speaking on GB News, he declared that the prospect of an olive branch being extended by either party is highly unlikely.
