**Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Former California Home Hits the Market**
A luxurious California home previously inhabited by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle is now up for sale at a staggering price of $33.5 million, as reported recently.
The property, currently owned by businessman Mark Schulhoff, was acquired by him for $14.6 million back in 2013.
Boasting six bedrooms, a gym, a theater, a bar, a game room, a meditation room, and sprawling across more than two acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with an ocean view, the residence offers a glimpse into royal living.
The New York Post revealed that the lavish abode, constructed in 2006, was meticulously designed by architects Don Nolte and J.F.
Brennan, with interior design by Nandeship Aradharan.
Among its extravagant features are a grand dining room adorned with a silver leaf ceiling and an array of sculptures, a five-car garage, and cutting-edge technological amenities such as a generator, solar power, and a greywater irrigation system, adding to its allure and sophistication.
Spanning an impressive 12,804 square feet, the house has been on the market for approximately a year and a half, attracting attention from discerning buyers.
The property is currently being showcased by Ray and Malmsteen of Santa Barbara Brokers and Riskin Partners Group at Village Properties, highlighting its opulence and exclusive appeal in the real estate market.
Despite bidding farewell to their former Californian residence, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have not downsized their lifestyle.
