and , also known as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, delighted fans on Thursday by revealing the first glimpse of their daughter, Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, in a heartwarming family portrait showcased on their official Christmas card.

The photograph captures the family of four sharing a joyful moment, with Meghan tenderly cradling baby , affectionately nicknamed Lily, in her arms.

Little Lily, who is six months old, joins her older brother, Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, born on May 6, 2019, in completing the Sussexes' family portrait.

Notably, the Christmas card image showcases inheriting his father's striking red hair.

In a touching message included in the card, and Meghan expressed their gratitude for the newest addition to their family.

“This year, 2021, we welcomed our daughter, Lilibet, to the world.

Archie made us a mama and a papa, and Lily made us a family,” the couple shared.

Looking ahead to the upcoming year, the royal pair disclosed that they had made charitable donations to various organizations dedicated to supporting and safeguarding families worldwide, including those affected by the Afghanistan crisis and American families requiring paid parental leave.

Among the recipients of their generosity are Team Rubicon, Welcome!

U.S., Human First Coalition, Humanity Crew, Paid Leave for All, PL Plus U.S., and Marshall Plan for Moms.

Extending warm wishes for the holiday season and a prosperous new year, Harry, Meghan, Archie, and Lily signed off the card with a heartfelt message, “Wishing you a happy holiday season and a prosperous new year, from our family to yours.”

This year's Christmas card photograph diverges from the family's 2020 edition, which featured a stylized depiction of Harry, Meghan, and Archie alongside their beloved rescue dogs, Guy and Pula.

The current picture was captured at their residence earlier this month by Meghan's mother, as confirmed by a spokesperson for the Sussexes.

The festive ambiance of the holiday season is evident in the photo, with a small Christmas tree adorned with handmade ornaments and decorations, personally selected by young Archie.

Noteworthy is the couple's decision to replant the tree post-holidays, reflecting their commitment to sustainability and environmental consciousness.

Since relocating to the United States in March 2020, Harry and Meghan have been steadfast in safeguarding their children's privacy.

Notably, the couple took legal action against a paparazzi agency for intrusive drone footage captured of their son, Archie, at their initial California residence, resulting in a settlement and an apology from the agency.
