**Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Extend Olive Branch to King Charles for Christmas Reconciliation**
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly gearing up to mend fences with King Charles this festive season, as revealed by a trusted source.
The couple's approach this Christmas is centered around reconciliation with King Charles, aiming to bridge the gap that has widened over recent months between the Sussexes and the Royal Family.
Omid Scobie's book, “Endgame,” has stirred controversy by levelling various allegations against the Royals, casting doubt on the feasibility of a reconciliation between the two parties.
Despite the likelihood of Prince Harry not spending Christmas with his father, he is said to be planning an outreach to the 75-year-old monarch, alongside his spouse Meghan Markle and their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, from their residence in Montecito, California.
Reports from Page Six, citing reliable sources, affirm that the royal couple's new approach is geared towards fostering reconciliation.
Prince Harry, who approaches his 40th birthday next September, is purportedly cognizant of the passage of time and the need for healing.
Tensions have been palpable between the Sussexes and the Royal Family ever since their relocation from the UK to the US in early 2020.
The rift deepened following a series of allegations made by Harry and Meghan, starting with a groundbreaking interview with Oprah Winfrey in March 2021 that reverberated globally.
Subsequently, the couple unveiled a six-part documentary on Netflix in December 2022, before Harry disclosed further revelations in his memoir, “Spare.”
Notably, Prince Harry is said to have had no communication with Prince William for over a year, despite a few visits to the UK in recent times where purportedly no meetings with his father or brother took place.
Nonetheless, it is believed that Harry and Meghan reached out to King Charles on his 75th birthday last month, with their children even serenading their grandfather over the phone.
This week, King Charles recorded his annual Christmas Day speech at St George's Chapel in Windsor Castle, scheduled for broadcast in the UK on December 25 at 3 pm, and across Commonwealth nations such as Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
However, reports suggest that the Duke of Cornwall did not make any mention of Harry or Meghan in his recorded address.
