Prince Harry and Meghan Markle: Are Their Finances Headed for Trouble?

It looks like and might be in a bit of a financial pickle.

According to royal author Martha McGuinness, their overhead costs are currently surpassing their potential earnings, which could spell trouble for the couple as they navigate their post-royal lives.

Since stepping back from royal duties in 2020, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have embarked on various ventures, but it seems the road ahead may not be as smooth as they had hoped.

McGuinness recently shared her insights with the *Daily Express*, highlighting the challenges that lie ahead for Harry and Meghan.

She expressed concern that their current financial situation puts them in a precarious position.

“I think they will have a very difficult road ahead,” she noted, emphasizing that their expenses are outpacing their income.

This revelation raises questions about the sustainability of their lifestyle and projects.

The couple has launched several initiatives since their departure from royal life.

They've established the Archewell Foundation, produced a Netflix series titled “Harry and Meghan,” landed a podcast deal with Spotify, and published Harry's memoir, “Spare.”

Despite these efforts, the financial landscape appears daunting.

McGuinness warns that this imbalance could lead to significant challenges in their business endeavors.

Adding to the couple's woes, the director of their production company, Archewell, recently resigned.

This unexpected move is a considerable setback, especially as the company has seen some notable projects come to fruition.

However, insiders suggest that all hasn't been well behind the scenes, with rumors swirling that Netflix may not renew its contract with Archewell.

McGuinness attributes much of the couple's struggles to unresolved trauma, particularly for Harry.

She pointed out that he has yet to fully process the grief from his mother's passing.

“He would have saved himself from a lot of problems if he had properly dealt with the shock of his mother's death,” she remarked.

This emotional burden may be impacting not only Harry's personal life but also their professional endeavors.

On the other hand, Meghan faces her own set of challenges as she adjusts to life outside the royal family.
