Prince Harry and Meghan Markle: A Royal Family in Turmoil?

In a striking critique, Dr. Carol Lieberman, a prominent psychiatrist from the United States, has accused and of attempting to undermine the Royal Family.

This commentary comes in light of the couple's recent decision to change their children's surname to Sussex, a move that has sparked considerable debate and concern.

The name change, which sees their children now referred to as Sussex and Sussex, aligns with the couple's efforts to unify their family brand under the new website, Sussex.com.

This site replaces their former platform, Archule.com, and promises more intimate insights into Harry and Meghan's lives and endeavors.

The choice to use Sussex rather than their official surname, Mountbatten-Windsor, has drawn significant attention since 's coronation in May 2023.

Critics have noted that the children of and retain their royal titles at school, being known as George, Charlotte, and Louis Cambridge.

In contrast, Harry and Meghan's decision has led to widespread backlash regarding their continued use of royal titles and imagery on their new website, prompting calls for them to relinquish their titles entirely.

Speaking on GBN America, Dr. Lieberman characterized the Sussexes' actions as a sign of desperation, suggesting that they are clinging to their royal connections.

She noted that Meghan had high hopes for their return to the U.S., believing they would garner significant popularity through charitable endeavors.

However, the psychiatrist pointed out that their public appeal has waned considerably, leaving them eager to maintain any semblance of royal status.

Royal commentator Petronella White echoed these sentiments, suggesting that if Harry and Meghan were to forfeit their Duke and Duchess of Sussex titles, it might ironically enhance their personal brand.

She argued that adopting the title of Prince and Princess of Sussex could serve them better in the long run.

Dr. Lieberman elaborated on the couple's current state, describing them as feeling more desperate than ever.

She remarked on Meghan's desire to remain in the public eye, asserting that her daily agenda revolves around maintaining visibility.

In this dynamic, she noted, Harry often appears as an accessory rather than an equal partner, highlighting an imbalance in their relationship.

The conversation took a turn when host Mark Dolan pointed out the apparent hypocrisy in Harry and Meghan's actions.

After years of publicly criticizing the Royal Family, their continued embrace of royal titles seems contradictory.

Dr. Lieberman agreed, emphasizing that Meghan's need for ownership and recognition drives much of her behavior.

Adding to the discussion, biographer Angela Levine revealed that the Sussexes are reportedly planning a family trip to London.

This journey is set to coincide with the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games, an event close to Harry's heart.

Levine expressed surprise at this development, especially considering Meghan's previous statements about never returning to London.
