Prince George’s Dinner Delight: The Royal Love for Spaghetti Carbonara
When it comes to favorite meals, even royal children have their preferences.
Recently, Prince William shared an adorable tidbit about his son, Prince George, revealing that the young prince has a particular fondness for an Italian classic: spaghetti carbonara.
This charming revelation came during a conversation with celebrity chef Aldo Zilli, who expressed his eagerness to whip up this beloved dish for the future king.
Aldo couldn't hide his excitement when he mentioned the prince's favorite.
“I'm waiting for the call because apparently his little boy's favourite is spaghetti carbonara,” he said.
The chef humorously added, “If George has my carbonara, he will never have another one, so I need to go and make it.”
It seems Aldo is ready to make a culinary pilgrimage to the palace to showcase his cooking skills.
But Prince George isn't the only Cambridge child with a unique taste in food.
His sister, Princess Charlotte, has a rather surprising favorite snack: olives.
During a visit to Lavender Primary School in North London back in 2019, Kate Middleton shared this fun fact, delighting everyone with her daughter's unconventional choice.
On that occasion, she also revealed that she was teaching both George and Charlotte the art of cooking.
Kate mentioned that her children enjoy preparing salads and their favorite dish, cheesy pasta.
It's heartwarming to see the Duchess of Cambridge engaging her kids in the kitchen, fostering a love for cooking from a young age.
Family meals are clearly a cherished tradition in the Cambridge household.
And what about the youngest royal, Prince Louis?
His taste buds lean towards something a bit more earthy—beetroot!
During a festive filming session with renowned baker Mary Berry in 2019, Kate shared that Louis has a special affinity for this vibrant vegetable.
“We've got carrots, beans, beetroot, a massive favourite; Louis absolutely loves beetroot,” she revealed.
While the Cambridge kids are open about their culinary preferences, there's one royal who keeps her favorite foods under wraps: Queen Elizabeth II.
There's a fascinating reason behind this secrecy.
