Thomas Markle, the 77-year-old Emmy Award-winning lighting director, expressed his disappointment as he claimed that his sweet birthday gesture towards his daughter Meghan Markle was ignored.

He expressed his intention to petition the California courts for the right to see his grandchildren in the near future.
