Meghan Markle and Prince Harry to Leave Children Behind on UK Visit
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are set to return to the United Kingdom next month, leaving their two children, Archie and Lilibet, in the United States.
The royal couple confirmed their upcoming visit to the UK via their spokesperson on Monday, with plans to engage in charity work from September 5th to September 8th.
While details of their trip were revealed, there was no mention of whether Archie and Lily would accompany them this time.
ITV Royal producer Lizzie Robinson expressed skepticism about the children joining the trip across the Atlantic next month.
During a broadcast, she commented, “I do understand they are not bringing their children with them on this occasion.”
This decision did not come as a surprise to many fans of the couple.
Freelance writer R.S.
Locke highlighted that it has been common practice for Harry and Meghan not to bring their children along on business trips, be it to New York City or the UK.
Similarly, Twitter user D. Gordani shared, “I never took my children to work either.”
In June, Lily and Archie did travel to the UK with their parents to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee, although the couple did not engage with any charities during that visit.
The news of Archie and Lily remaining in the US while Harry and Meghan visit the UK has sparked speculation among royal enthusiasts.
Will the children join them at a later stage?
Could their presence be strategically utilized in future engagements?
