As the nation eagerly anticipates the Queen's Platinum Jubilee weekend, a royal photographer has raised concerns that and may not be permitted to release a photo of the Queen meeting their daughter .

The photographer claims that such a snapshot could potentially overshadow the monarch's scheduled events.

While preparations are underway for the royal couple to introduce their children, and , to the Queen during the celebratory weekend, the public has been advised not to expect a flood of images capturing this significant moment.

Instead, the focus is expected to be directed towards other festivities planned for the Jubilee celebrations.

Expressing his apprehension, royal photographer Arthur Edwards emphasized the potential impact of a photograph depicting the Queen with Lilibet.

He cautioned that such an image could detract attention from the Queen's efforts and objectives during the Jubilee, urging against its publication.

Contrary to Edwards' stance, royal editor Katie Nicholl highlighted the Queen's remarkable capacity for forgiveness, suggesting that this trait might extend to the Sussexes.

Despite this, Buckingham Palace has already announced that only working royals will participate in the Trooping the Colour parade on June 2, excluding Harry and Meghan from the Royal Balcony appearance.

Footage from a previous event in 2019 resurfaced, showing seemingly instructing Meghan to turn around on the Royal Balcony, possibly indicating the imminent commencement of the national anthem.

This incident sheds light on the dynamics within the royal family and the protocols observed during public appearances.

In a separate development, it has been disclosed that and Lilibet will not be in attendance at the Queen's Thanksgiving ceremony at St Paul's Cathedral on June 3.

Presenter Storm Huntley revealed that Harry and Meghan, along with , will partake in the event as non-working senior royals, emphasizing that it will be a modest gathering.

Acknowledging the absence of the younger grandchildren, including Archie and Lilibet, at the Thanksgiving service, Huntley remarked that the occasion is tailored for individuals of a more mature age.

Despite this, she noted that the event is poised to be a serene and pleasant affair, coinciding with Lilibet's upcoming birthday on June 4.
