Pippa Middleton and her husband James Matthews have a reason to celebrate as they welcome their second child, a beautiful baby girl.

According to a family insider who spoke to Hello!, Pippa gave birth at approximately 4:22 am on Monday, 15 March.

The couple has chosen to name their daughter Grace Elizabeth Jane, weighing in at 6lbs 7oz.

Both mother and baby are reported to be in good health, with the source expressing joy over the new arrival.

Known for her privacy regarding family matters, the Duchess of Cambridge's sister, Pippa Middleton, kept her pregnancy under wraps until now.

Speculations about her expecting a baby started circulating in December, with reports suggesting that the due date was set for 2021, as mentioned by a source close to the family.

Pippa shares a strong bond with her older sister Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, and their brother James Middleton.

James, who is looking forward to tying the knot with his fiancée Alice Thevenet this year after postponing their 2020 wedding due to the pandemic, is part of the close-knit family.

Throughout her second pregnancy, Pippa maintained a low profile, occasionally seen strolling in her neighborhood near their lavish £17 million West London residence with James.

During her previous pregnancy with son Arthur in 2018, Pippa opened up about her fitness journey in her Waitrose Weekend Fitness column.

She reflected on the adjustments she made to her exercise routine upon learning about her pregnancy, emphasizing the importance of staying active safely throughout each trimester.

Pippa shared, “I've noticed my body change, but through exercise, I feel it's being strengthened.”

Her son Arthur was born on 15 October 2018 at the Lindo Wing of St Mary's Hospital in London, the same place where Kate welcomed her royal children.
