Catherine, known as the Duchess of Cambridge, received a significant honor from as she and made a public appearance at a carol concert.

The Duchess looked stunning in a festive red Catherine Walker dress adorned with a bow detail, paired with earrings borrowed from 's personal collection.

This gesture is seen as a clear indication of the trust and respect Her Majesty has for Catherine.

The Art Deco style earrings hold sentimental value as they originally belonged to Queen Elizabeth's mother, the late Queen Mother, who passed away in 2002 at the age of 101.

The special earrings have been worn by Catherine on several occasions, including the Royal Carols Together at Christmas event held at Westminster Abbey.

The event aimed to honor the heroes of the coronavirus pandemic and was attended by , along with Catherine's family members, such as her parents, siblings, and James' new wife, Alyse Thurvinette.

Other members of the royal family, including Sophie, the Countess of Wessex, and her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mosi, and , were also present at the concert.

Zara and Mike Tindall were among the attendees captured arriving at the historic venue in London.

Despite her absence at the concert due to official duties at Windsor Castle, Queen Elizabeth showed her support by donating Christmas trees from Windsor Great Park to adorn the Abbey.

Additionally, wreaths were contributed by the Royal Horticultural Society and will later be given to local schools.

The Royal Carols Together at Christmas film, set to be broadcast, features performances by the Westminster Abbey Choir, Ellie Goulding, Tom Walker, Leona Lewis, and speeches by Prince William, Kim Daybell, and Kate Garraway.

Catherine has a history of borrowing items from Queen Elizabeth for special occasions.

On the Queen's birthday in April, the Duchess wore a pair of pearl and diamond earrings lent to her by the Queen for a surprise visit.

These earrings, first worn by the Queen during her Silver Jubilee in 1977, have become a favorite accessory for Catherine.

She also wore a four-strand pearl and diamond choker borrowed from the Queen at 's funeral, along with Bahrain pearl earrings gifted to the Queen.

In a notable move, Catherine was seen driving the Queen's Bentley to attend Remembrance Sunday with Prince William, sparking speculation about her future role within the royal family.
