Duchess Kate Shines in Green at St. Patrick’s Day Parade with Prince William
Kate Middleton turned heads in a stunning green ensemble as she arrived alongside Prince William at Mons Barracks in Aldershot.
The Duchess of Cambridge was there to support the Duke, who proudly served as the Colonel of the Irish Guards during the annual St. Patrick's Day Parade.
Her outfit was a thoughtful homage to Ireland, featuring a striking £3,200 dress coat from Laura Greene London.
To add a touch of sparkle, Kate adorned herself with diamond and sapphire earrings, along with a fashionable golden shamrock brooch that completed her festive look.
Prince William looked equally sharp, donning his Irish Guard uniform, exuding a sense of pride and duty.
The couple's presence at the event was warmly welcomed as they mingled with members of the 1st Battalion, distributing shamrocks to the guards in a time-honored tradition.
During their visit, Kate also had a delightful encounter with the battalion's mascot, an adorable Irish wolfhound named Turla Maw, affectionately called Seamus.
As William saluted the dog, Kate took a moment to pet him, demonstrating her fondness for the furry companion.
With assistance, she attached a sprig of shamrock to Seamus's collar, adding a personal touch to the occasion.
The atmosphere was filled with a mix of joy and solemnity as Kate and William stood side by side, taking the salute while the battalion marched past them.
Their expressions reflected the significance of the day, paying tribute to the service and dedication of the Irish Guards.
