Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie made a striking fashion statement during the Royal Family's traditional Christmas Day walk back to Sandringham, sending a message of solidarity to Prince William and the rest of the royal clan.

The royal sisters, accompanied by their husbands Edardo Mappellimozzi and Jack Brooksbank, joined the King and Queen Consort for the customary walkabout following the Christmas Day service at St Mary Magdalene Church in Sandringham.

While the spotlight usually shines on senior members of the family, Kate, the Princess of Wales, stood out in a bright blue winter coat and matching hat.

In contrast, Beatrice and Eugenie opted for a more understated color palette of navy blues and blacks for their outfits of the day.

Fashion expert Jennifer von Walderdorff suggested that the York sisters deliberately chose muted tones to show unity with the Prince of Wales and their cousins, rather than stealing the limelight.

Speaking to GB News, von Walderdorff highlighted the message of solidarity conveyed by Beatrice and Eugenie through their outfit choices this Christmas.

It is evident that the sisters have maintained positive relationships with their cousins and have no intention of jeopardizing those bonds.

By playing it neutral this year, they have demonstrated their loyalty to the family amidst ongoing tensions within the Royal Family.

The year 2023 was marked by continued discord within the Royal Family, particularly between the senior members and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

However, Beatrice and Eugenie have largely remained unscathed by the feud, maintaining strong ties with both William and Harry.

Meanwhile, Eugenie stands out as one of the few family members who have visited Harry and Meghan in California since their withdrawal from official royal duties nearly four years ago.

In 2022, Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank traveled to Montecito with their eldest son August, where they enjoyed quality time with the Sussexes.
