This Easter, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are opting for a quiet holiday with their children—Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.

With schools closed for three weeks, William and Kate are gearing up to keep their little ones entertained in the comfort of their home.

Traditionally, the royal family would attend an Easter Sunday church service alongside the Queen and other relatives at Windsor.

However, like last year, this gathering has been canceled due to ongoing health concerns.

In 2018, during a similar church outing, Kate shared with some young fans outside St George's Chapel that George and Charlotte had enjoyed an Easter egg hunt earlier that day.

This beloved tradition is likely to be recreated in their private garden this year.

The Cambridges are expected to adhere to government guidelines, which encourage families to stay local.

As a result, they will likely remain at Kensington Palace in London.

Although they spent much of the past year at their country residence, Anmer Hall, they returned to the capital in early March when schools reopened.

Kate's background may give her an edge in planning Easter festivities.

Coming from a family of party planners, she has been actively involved in her parents' business, Party Pieces.

With her creativity and experience, she surely has a few tricks up her sleeve to keep the kids engaged during their time off.

In addition to family activities, the Duchess is eager to reconnect with her younger sister, Pippa Middleton.

Living just a stone's throw away in West London, the sisters have not seen each other for months.

Pippa recently welcomed her second child, a baby girl named Grace, in mid-March, making this reunion even more special now that restrictions are easing.

Since the recent changes in England's lockdown measures, two households can now meet outdoors, including in private gardens.

This means the Cambridges could technically visit Pippa and her husband, James Matthews, to meet their new addition and catch up with their two-year-old son, Arthur.
