Duchess of Cambridge Poised to Step into Colonel Role of Grenadier Guards

Rumors are swirling that the Duchess of Cambridge might be the next Colonel of the Grenadier Guards, a prestigious military position previously held by Prince Andrew.

This speculation comes on the heels of significant changes following the Duke of York's loss of royal titles and military affiliations, which were stripped away by the Queen herself.

Prince Andrew was relieved of his honorary title after facing serious allegations, including a high-profile lawsuit.

While the Duchess of Cambridge was not named as the new Colonel at that time, the delay suggests that discussions about her potential candidacy are still very much alive.
