This isn't the first time we've heard about Charles as a doting grandfather.

Back in 2018, during the BBC documentary “Prince, Son and Heir: Charles at 70,” Camilla described him as someone who gets down on the floor to play with his grandkids, making funny noises and crawling around.

The Duke of Cambridge shared his concerns about ensuring the children's health and well-being while balancing their royal duties.

He emphasized that having Charles around more often would be wonderful, especially since he brings so much joy to the children when he is present.

Beyond their family interactions, both Charles and Camilla share a profound love for literature.

The Duchess is actively involved in various literacy initiatives, serving as the patron for organizations like Book Trust and First Story.

Her commitment to promoting reading is evident in her efforts to inspire others through literature.

In January 2021, Camilla launched The Reading Room, an online book club aimed at fostering a love for reading among followers.

Each season, she curates a list of recommended books, allowing participants to engage with her literary choices.

The accompanying Instagram account features lively discussions with authors and insights into the world of books.

Charles has also joined in on the literary fun, participating in the project by reading a Christmas carol last December to celebrate the holiday season.

His enthusiasm for reading and storytelling aligns perfectly with Camilla's mission to promote literacy.

As the royal family continues to grow and evolve, the bond between Charles and his grandchildren remains a heartwarming aspect of their lives.
