Doria Ragland’s Last-Minute Decision for Queen’s Jubilee Unveils Meghan Markle’s Secrets

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are gearing up to mark the Queen's Platinum Jubilee in the UK next week, sparking speculation about whether Meghan's mother, Doria Ragland, will be joining them on this special occasion.

Doria, a social worker based in California, plays a vital role in the lives of her grandchildren, , 3, and Lily, who is about to turn 1.

She stayed with Harry and Meghan in Windsor after 's birth and has been captured engaging with the young ones at their Montecito residence.

With the upcoming Jubilee celebrations, it wouldn't be surprising if 65-year-old Doria decided to accompany her family across the Atlantic to London, potentially assisting with babysitting duties.

Having previously supported Meghan at public events like the launch of the Together cookbook and the Toronto Invictus Games, Doria is likely to be included in the royal festivities.

Although the specific events the Sussexes will partake in remain undisclosed, attending the Trooping the Colour parade on June 2 seems probable.

While Archie and Lily might not participate in the carriage procession due to their tender age, they could observe the spectacle from Buckingham Palace under Doria's watchful eye.

Additionally, Doria might attend the Royal Pageant and Big Luncheon on June 5, where various members of the royal family are expected to gather.

Despite residing an hour and a half away from the Sussexes in Los Angeles, Doria is reported to have her own guest house at the Montecito estate, providing ample space for her to unwind after spending quality time with her grandkids.

Meanwhile, faces calls to visit her estranged father, Thomas Markle, who was hospitalized following a suspected stroke.

Thomas, currently receiving medical care in a California hospital, has not been contacted by Meghan despite pleas from journalist Tom Bauer, who is working on a biography of the Duchess.

Bauer emphasized Meghan's proclaimed compassion, suggesting that visiting her father during his time of need would demonstrate this quality.

Thomas was initially taken to a hospital in Tijuana, Mexico, before being transferred to a clinic in Chula Vista, California, near Meghan and Harry's residence in Montecito.

The question lingers whether Meghan will make the short journey to her father's bedside, highlighting the strained relationship between them.

As the situation unfolds, observers await to see if Meghan will extend a gesture of support to her ailing father, potentially bridging the gap that has kept them apart.
