At a recent Royal Family Christmas party, Prince William found himself in the midst of a playful water fight that led to fits of laughter among the attendees.

Former Royal Butler Grant Harold shared details of the festive moment, recalling a jovial atmosphere at St. James's Palace where Prince William, Prince Harry, and Camilla were engaging in the fun.

Harold, who served the Royals from 2004 to 2011, vividly described the scene where water balloons were filled, laughter echoed through the halls, and everyone present was caught up in the merriment.

Reflecting on Royal Christmas traditions, Harold noted that while some aspects may have evolved following the Queen's passing, certain customs remain unchanged.

He mentioned the family coming together on Christmas Eve for afternoon tea, exchanging gifts in the drawing room, and partaking in festive meals and church services on Christmas Day.

On the topic of Christmas Day rituals, Harold highlighted the excitement of children receiving presents from Santa, followed by a formal lunch and a buffet dinner.

Attending church services holds significance for the Royals, with the Queen traditionally starting her day with an early morning service before joining the renowned gathering at Sandringham later in the morning.

In a recent gathering at the Sandringham estate, King Charles and Queen Camilla welcomed members of the Royal Family, including the Prince and Princess of Wales, as well as Prince William, Princess Kate, and their three children.

The younger generation, comprising Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, eagerly embraced the festive spirit alongside their royal relatives.

Despite the joyful reunion, notable absentees from the gathering were Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who opted to spend the holidays in California with their children, Archie and Lilibet.

This marked the fifth consecutive Christmas that the couple chose to celebrate away from the royal fold, creating a divergence from the traditional royal Christmas festivities.
