Prince Harry’s Heartbreaking Plea to King Charles Revealed Amid Eviction Drama

A new book by Royal biographer Omid Scobie has shed light on 's emotional plea to regarding his grandchildren, amidst his and 's eviction from their UK residence.

The book, titled “Endgame,” reveals that Harry implored to allow them the use of Frogmore Cottage on the Windsor estate during their visits to the UK.

Originally gifted to the Sussexes by the late Queen after their 2018 wedding, the property was recently reclaimed, leaving Harry and Meghan without a permanent UK home.

With Frogmore Cottage no longer at their disposal, Harry and Meghan now find themselves relying on hotels or the hospitality of friends when they visit the UK.

The couple received a letter from Sir Michael John Stevens, the keeper of the Privy Purse, informing them that as non-working members of the royal family residing abroad, they were required to return the keys to Frogmore Cottage, a wedding gift from II.

In a poignant moment, Harry reportedly asked his father, “You don't want to see your grandchildren anymore, do you?”

This revelation, as detailed in the serialisation of “Endgame” in French magazine Paris Match, highlights the strained relationship between Harry and the royal family.

The children have only visited the UK once since the move, with Harry currently engaged in a legal battle over security arrangements with the Home Office for his family's visits.

The decision to reclaim Frogmore Cottage has sparked controversy, with many questioning the implications of grandparents needing to provide housing to see their grandchildren.

Critics have labeled the situation as a form of emotional manipulation and blackmail, rather than a genuine concern for security and logistics.

Despite owning a $14 million property in California, the Sussexes find themselves without a permanent residence in the UK.

Moreover, the refusal to renew the lease on Frogmore Cottage has raised eyebrows, especially given the availability of alternative accommodations in London and within Prince Charles' property portfolio.

The source explains that the cottage was never gifted outright by II, as the Crown Estate only leases out unoccupied residences on Crown lands.

The arrangement may have been intended for lease payments during the Queen's lifetime, with the option for successors to continue or terminate the lease.

Meghan and Harry's perceived lack of gratitude towards Frogmore Cottage has also drawn criticism, particularly Harry's expectation of inheriting Frogmore House, a more substantial property.

The couple's reaction to the lease termination upon leaving the country has left many puzzled, given the circumstances surrounding the ownership and usage of the cottage.

Adding to the tensions within the royal family, reports from French magazine Paris Match suggest a message circulated advising against trusting following the release of his memoir.

Allegedly, a source close to King Charles expressed caution after Harry extended his best wishes, leading to concerns about the nature of their interactions.

The message emphasized a lack of trust in Harry, prompting a serious response from the royal family members.
